Permaculture Design Certificate course

The next Permaculture Design Certificate course in Freshwater Creek near Geelong, Victoria is being held in April from the 1st to the 15th.

Rick Coleman from Southern Cross Permaculture Institute will be the main tutor and if numbers exceed 15 we will also have Kat Lavers and we will also have 2 very skilled local guest tutors who will be doing a session each.

Bookings are now open and the deposit needs to be paid by the 15th February.

I have been looking to buy a jam funnel - will have a look at the website you mentioned!

I recently made &quot;Glutney Chutney&quot; which turned out to be delicious http://greenforks.com/2008/07/clutney-chutney/ or http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2007/aug/11/features.weekend. 

I also made this yummy zucchini bread using some sourdough culture http://www.wildyeastblog.com/2008/09/24/unbelievably-great/ 

I was lucky to be given a copy of &quot;Preserving&quot; by Oded Schwartz which has some unusual recipes in it, and great pics!
